Collection at your hotel is at 15h30 (winter) 16h00 (summer).
The Cruise departs Royal Landing at 16h00 (winter) 16h30 (summer) .
Transfer will have you back at your hotel by 18h30 and 19h00

Where: The cruise departs from and returns to the Royal Landing on the water’s edge.
Weather: Fair weather, the cruise may be delayed should there be a thunderstorm, or heavy rain.
What to Wear: Comfortable Clothing, it is advisable to wear flat shoes, and bring a light sweater or jacket.
Things to Bring: Sunglasses Sunblock Camera with spare batteries and memory card Items of a personal nature.
Guests or Spectators: Visitors not joining the cruise are welcome to browse the curio shop at the Royal Landing, or purchase refreshments while waiting for the cruise to return.

Photographic and video coverage will be offered on every trip to guests for an extra fee.
Tipping is not compulsory. If however you would like to leave a token of your thanks, the following is a guideline:
Guide: US$10 per guest per day.
Other Staff: US$5 per guest per day.
Minimum age: 15 years (This can be flexible, at management’s discretion i.e. if the child is of the right maturity, strength and will fit into a life jacket properly then younger children are sometimes accepted.
Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit, however Wild Horizons retain the right to refuse to take a client who is clearly going to be unable to cope with the rigours of rafting.
